You invited to join for us for a Winter solstice candle lit ceremony.

Can you mirror nature as we pause like the sun in the sky during g the solistice?

Can we mirror the trees and draw in our energy as we allow oursleves to let go and rest

Can we mirror the animals as we harvest and gather ready for hibernation

Winter solistice celebrates the longest night of the year and the return of the sun.

We gather and sit in circle to create and share wishes as we spiral inwards to explore our inner landscape using conscious connected breathwork. We allow ourselves to rest and he held in a yoga nidra , preparing us for our hibernation and drawing us into a slow pace .

We will close our ceremony with Mulled hot chocolate and mince pies (all vegan) as we sit round a log burning fire as we write our winter wishes
