Mama’s yoga on the beach & Sauna

Mama’s Time to Chill is BACK… and this time, it’s set to be even better. ✨

We’ve added in some extra relaxation for all the very deserving mamas joining us. 🫶

We’ll meet at 2.30pm on Lepe Beach, next to Solace Sauna, and ease into an hour of yoga on the beach with the lovely Ewa @ewayogawellbeaming. (And don’t worry, we have an indoor space to use if the weather isn’t on our side!)

Then it’s time to slow right down with a beautiful, self-guided Ayurvedic massage class with Victoria @ayurbalance.

After that, we’ll enjoy some healthy treats and refreshments before stepping into the sauna with Bailey at Solace Sauna for an incredible sauna ritual.

You’ll finish the day feeling all floaty, relaxed and very well looked after, just in time for sunset. 🌊✨🙏🔥

I can’t wait to spend this beautiful afternoon with you.
