There comes a moment in every woman’s life when she hears the call to become more fully alive.

A moment when she senses more potential…
when her body recognises it is a source of wisdom ready to be tapped into…
when her voice feels ready to be heard.

In that quiet, a seed of change awakens.

Not with a loud demand,
Or a dramatic activation;
But a pulse,
A remembering.

This is Resurgence.

Resurgence is the journey of letting your true self break through and emerge.

Not who you were as the world asked you to shrink, but who you have always been beneath the layers.

This isn’t about pushing harder or striving more.
It is about descending into your own depth and removing the blocks to allow you to emerge with the parts of you that were never lost…only waiting.

This 7-week course invites you to harness the renewing energy of Spring. It will take you on a journey to reconnect with your true self - mind, body and soul.

Together with other vulnerable, strong and bravely soft women we will playfully and thoughtfully support each other to allow our true selves to bloom forth in this season.

Resurgence has been inspired by the work and modalities of mythology and storytelling, embodiment and somatic practices, authentic relating and witnessing. We draw upon our learnings from Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Martha Beck, Deb Dana, Kasia Urbaniak and the co-founders of True Nature Gaia Harvey-Jackson and Alana Bloom.

We welcome all women* who are ready to listen to the quiet, insistent call within, the call to release the rules, roles, and stories that have kept us small.

This inner liberation ripples outward into our relationships, our communities, and the world we move through. By allowing our whole selves to be fully expressed we create a world that is more inclusive and caring.

*And non-binary AFAB who feel called to this space.

This Journey is for you if:

  • You feel disconnected from your body or your sense of aliveness
  • Your body is whispering that it’s time to stop pushing and start unfolding.
  • You feel buried by the expectations and stories of others.
  • You are at a transition point and can feel a true version of yourself pressing against the skin.
  • Are craving the support, community, and belonging to cheer you on as you reconnect to your inner fire

The Practicalities/What to expect:

  • Weekly 90-minute Zoom Call: (Fridays 10:00-11:30 am)* – Our core collective work.
  • Weekly 30-minute Somatic Practice: Pre-recorded dance or storytelling to keep the energy moving.
  • An intimate container of no more than 10 women.
  • A supportive WhatsApp group for check-ins and mid-week inspiration.

*We are currently proposing this time as a commitment to this work as part of our daily lives. However, do get in touch if you are interested in joining us but unable to make this time and we can explore alternatives.

The Cycle of Growth: Our 7-Week Container

1: The Seed (27th February)

This foundational session will be a chance to connect, with ourselves and each other. Exploring our reasons for coming together, the container will be created in which to plant the seed of this journey.

2: Activation (6th March)

In order to activate the seed for growth, we will explore the stories and systems that have brought us to where we are now. We will reconnect to the stories of old, and the wild wisdom wisdom within that calls for something different. We will connect with our bodies to allow it to be our guides forward.

3: Releasing the shell (13th March)

To grow, the seedling must break free of the shell. Having explored what has bound us up, we will be working to release these patterns, believes, and the energetic and emotional blocks that prevent us from moving forward.

4: The Upward Push (20th March)

Emergence requires heat. Connecting to the fire within, we move from a truer place, identifying our deepest desires and finding the bravery to speak our speak our truth until it sparks.

5: Rooting (27th March)

As we reach for the light, we must grow deep roots. Roots that feed us, support us and anchor us. We explore the simple practices and create our personal rituals to keep us moving forward.

6: Breaking the Surface (3rd April)

As we reach the surface of the soil, and prepare to emerge we explore what it means to set healthy boundaries to allow us to continue forwards on our journey. What is it we need to say no to? How do we know what to say yes to

7: Resurgence (10th April)

The journey is complete, and the life cycle begins anew. We practice being seen in our full height. This is a celebration of your voice, your visibility, and your presence. We rewrite our stories together, integrating the journey so you step out not just changed, but fully embodied.

Taking care of yourself

While this journey is deeply healing, it is not a replacement for therapy, and the space for 1-1 support is limited. We invite you to be your own primary caretaker, ensuring you have the support (internal or external) to hold the beautiful, sometimes messy process of cracking open.

We will encourage you to draw upon your already existing practices and networks of support, and if you require more 1-1 support, you can reach out to the facilitators to enquire about private coaching. They may be able to provide it additionally, or refer you on to someone more specialised.
