The Old Ridgeway Walk to Yeoland

Join us for a 3 mile walk along the old ridgeway to Yeoland for a visit and explore of the land TTT has been gifted and let's have a picnic there together.

Meet at the Rotherfold opposite the Bull Inn at 10.20am for a 10.30am departure.  

The walk is 3 miles and about 1.5 hours long. Note: some steep sections rising out of Totnes to the ridgeway but we can pace it to suit everyones needs. 

We’ll arrive at Yeoland at around 12pm 

We’ll have a 30/40 minute explore of Yeoland's 6 acres with Sky (long term custodian of the land) and Jules (TTT Yeoland Steward)

1pm (bring your own) picnic together

Return via lift share at 2.30pm for those who need it or walk back to Totnes when you feel. If you need a lift back please book the space that includes a lift as capacity is limited. 

The Old Ridgeway is an ancient route which was historically the primary highway connecting Totnes to Plymouth and passes right by our new site, Yeoland. 

The site of Yeoland is located about 10 minute drive from Totnes.

If you are coming on the walk please book via the link below.  Sign up so we know numbers to plan lifts for the return journey from Yeoland. 

What to bring:
