Transformation Through Qi Gong

Join Qi Gong Teacher Tallulah Rendall for an immersion into the transformational practise of Qi Gong.

All levels of experience welcome from complete beginner to seasoned practitioner.

In this workshop you will learn:

🌱The foundations & principles of practice: posture, breath & alignment.

🌱Dao Yin warm up exercises akin to pressing refresh on the nervous system.  Movements that can be done at any time, independent of full practice, that are a fantastic way of tuning into our bodies & settling the mind.

🌱The Self-Healing Form, a beautiful practice that helps to clear incoherence in the body. Creating a more grounded, centred and open-hearted relationship with yourself and life. From this place of alignment, we can cultivate a strong relationship with our life purpose, make healthy decisions, and live happier more nourishing lives.

🌱Shibashi 1, a Tai Chi Qi Gong form consisting of 18 movements based on the principles of Tai Chi focusing on alignment and boosting our immunity: improving circulation, digestion, mental capacity, co-ordination and strengthening muscles & joints.
