As we move into the darkest days of the year, let us take a breath together and descend into stillness and Ceremony. The Winter Solstice is a precious time to step away from the business of Christmas culture and turn inward to kindle the warmth of our inner light. Let us gift ourselves with a moment of loving presence and nurturance as we welcome and bring our intentions into the fertile darkness of Winter.

Together we will create ceremonial space and be guided on a conscious connected breathwork journey. We will gently inquire, explore and integrate through journaling, sharing and handcrafting. We will be nourished and supported with heart centred relating and embodied connection and of course herbal tea and sweet treats.

Coming together in this way, to acknowledge and honour the shifts that are taking place through the seasons, in nature around us and within ourselves, can create profound shifts in the way we approach and experience our lives.

I invite you to join me in another very special gathering to honour the seasonal cycles and co-create together. All of you is welcome.
