Learn the art of manifesting.

Whether you want to manifest a soulmate, a home, money, or some other dream, it's all possible when you know how.

Manifest, the book by Roxie Nafousi, lays out the art of manifesting in seven simple steps:

1. Be clear in your vision
2. Remove fear and doubt
3. Align your behavior
4. Overcome tests from the universe
5. Embrace gratitude without caveats
6. Turn envy into inspiration
7. Trust in the universe

We will be following through this book one chapter at a time to fully integrate and learn how to live these steps.

A meeting of science and wisdom, manifesting is a philosophy and self-development practice to help you reach for your goals, cultivate self-love, and live your best life. However, it has also become a bastion of spiritual bypassing, repressing feelings and enforcing ‘positive thinking’ above all else.

Facilitator Boe Huntress will bring her own take on how we balance the theory of manifesting whilst feeling our feelings, and acknowledging the injustices and disadvantages caused by oppressive structures, trauma, neurodiversity and other barriers.

Whilst much of the ‘manifesting’ movement is actually forms of privilege dressed up as a spiritual path, there is also truth to the power of these steps. For many of us, learning how to be with the reality of what is, as well as reaching for what is possible, is the way to embrace the possibility of manifesting the life that you want.

In this group we will:

  • Read one chapter of the book every week.
  • Do the exercises from the book in the live call together.
  • Address the missing aspects from the book of how to feel feelings and manage various barriers that we may face, in the live call.
  • Be accountable for doing the practices outside of the live calls.

Structure of the group:

We will meet every week for eight weeks, on Thursdays at 17.30-19.00 UK time, on Zoom.

It is strongly recommended that you attend the call live. However if there are a few dates you can't make you are still allowed to join the programme.

During the call we will be journaling, sharing and supporting each other.

Dates:

10th April
17th April
24th April
1st May
8th May
15th May
22nd May
29th May

Please note: you are responsible for sourcing your own copy of Manifest. The cost of the book is not included in this programme.

About the facilitator:

My name is Boe Huntress, I have been a facilitator of groups for over ten years. I hold spaces to support others and myself to engage healthily with their soul life. I am a writer, creative, and singer/songwriter. I was the Artist in Residence at Union Chapel, voted London's favourite venue in Time Out, for five years where I created immersive shows. I have used the art of manifesting to create the life of my dreams and find the love of my life and I'm ready to teach others how to do so.

"Boe is a one in a million facilitator"

“Five stars!”

“100% recommend this course.”

"Being in this group has been a powerful, transformative experience. I’ve always felt in safe hands, in complete trust and able to grow each time."

"I feel blessed beyond words to have found this group. It can be SO hard to find the space to explore and meet one's spiritual needs in modern every day life, and what has been grown here is exceptional and unique. I have deep gratitude to Boe for providing this much needed and very rare space.”

"To say that this group has been a life-changing experience would actually be an understatement. It has given me the most incredible support network, lifeline in hard times, and a sacred connection to others."

"This circle has single-handedly saved me from depression, by giving me life long tools. It has deeply empowered me, meaning I can overcome insecurity and fear in order to help others and make a positive impact on this planet. I have come from being lost, insecure and afraid, to feeling open to the world and excited by its possibilities."

"It's hard to pry apart all of the incredibly positive ways this experience has affected my life. It's given me tools, and I feel firmly on a journey inwards which is broadening and opening up my outward perspectives. I think this has been the best thing I've ever done."

“Attending Boe's group has enabled me to find my spiritual core. It has changed my relationship with myself and with the world, and enabled me to live from a more authentic and loving place."

Boe was a fantastic course leader and put everyone at ease right from the beginning. She had so much useful information on the topic and also inspirational and motivational things to say. I felt heard and accepted in the group and it was so good just to know that other people are going through the same or similar struggles with screen addictions. I have been inspired to make changes in my life around my screen usage and put that down to my participation in this course. I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to wrench back control of their life from the dominance of screens.

This was a hugely insightful and multi-layered course that supported me in both seeing, understanding and reflecting my patterns and habits with mobile phone use as well as bring the learnings into practice and establish new habits.

Boe is a wonderful, kind and experienced facilitator who carefully guided us through 4 weeks of exploitative work around the when, where and why we all use screen time so much. On top of this, I walked away with a lot of really practical tips and techniques, which I was tangibly able to put into practice. 100% recommend.

This course was more than I could have hoped for, wise in its simplicity and something about Boe just had me taking the steps gently and easily. It's a holistic and kind approach to an addiction many of us are challenged by, being able to talk openly with others who felt similarly really helped everything click into place on this journey towards using my phone rather than it using me.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is using screens more than their ideal. It can be as life-changing as you want to make it. Boe is an excellent facilitator who has clearly put lots of love and care into the planning. She gives super-helpful tools, suggestions and insights and provides inspiration for where it is possible to get to.

Boe is a lovely facilitator. Allowing all participants to engage, feel seen and heard. I found the course particularly helpful in bringing mindful awareness to my screen consumption.

For sure I would recommend this course. I feel equipped with the tools and confidence to incorporate mindful screen usage into my life. This course helped me recognize the problem areas of my screen usage and provided me with actionable steps to using my screens with intention.
