"Headless Way" veteran, guide, and friend, Richard Lang will be returning to DC this September for a second round of meetings & workshops, and boy are we excited, and fortunate for the opportunity to explore reality with him again on home turf!
For those of you who were with us this past March, this will be an opportunity to refresh and deepen our in-sights with some new experiments. For friends joining for the first time, no prior experience with “The Headless Way” or meditation is necessary; rather, the only “prerequisite” we recommend is a simple attitude of childlike openness & curiosity.
Our weekend workshop will be designed to experientially explore and answer the biggest of all “spiritual” enquiries- “WHO AM I?” And we'll investigate this inmost question with Richard's guidance through conducting a number of experiments together to see who we really, really are.
What we find may bore us, dazzle us, stupefy us; whatever our reaction may be, we'll have the opportunity to discuss, integrate, and make sense of it together, among friends old and new.
Non-separation and freedom from suffering is our birthright and reality, the wise sages and scriptures of old have for for millennia declared. Let's together find out first hand if they were right or wrong!

Richard Lang (facilitator):
My name is Richard Lang, and I have been involved with the Headless Way for over fifty years. When I was a teenager, I was interested in finding out who I really was, and by chance, one day found myself in a workshop with Douglas Harding, author of On Having No Head. Douglas took me and the other participants through some of his experiments and we all saw our True Nature. Douglas extended a hand of friendship to anyone interested in the Headless Way, so I began visiting him and, over the years, made many friends who value this direct method of Awakening. One of the things I have learned is that it is very helpful to have friends with whom I can share this Awareness, or Seeing as we call it. I recommend connecting up with other Seers. The Seeing is infectious.
As well as practicing this Way, I was personally drawn to sharing it. So, over the years I have given many workshops. I also set up a charitable trust to help make available this modern method of seeing Who we really are. We offer many things on our website, and on our YouTube channel and publish practically all of Douglas Harding’s books. We also provide zoom meetings where people can get to know other Seers. Our ambition is to make Seeing as widely available as possible.
