Join us for joyful movement, music and connection that will nurture your wellbeing, release any tensions and stimulate joy. We are a group that currently meets monthly  at Sardis Chapel in Pontypridd. All welcome. This is a beginner's group.

Come and join us in a fun and nurturing environment where the invitation is to move, feel, express and connect with oneself and others. We will move together for joy, pleasure, wellbeing and for greater presence. We will also move to awaken more joy, emotional balance and a sense of belonging. 

In this session, we will celebrate our connection at this time of year, while also slowing down and honouring this winter time of deep rest. 

The session will be 1.5hrs followed by refreshments.
