A WEEKEND OF VOICE • CONNECTION • CREATIVE EXPLORATION for women
Returning to Wales this November, Bella brings her WildSong practice back for a weekend of deep listening, collective voice, creativity and connection.
FRIDAY 13 NOVEMBER
VOICE TEMPLE
6–9.30pm
A gathering for women to connect, sing and celebrate the full expression of the female voice.
Through rhythm, song and collective voice, we’ll create a shared temple space around the fire — with a workshop, shared dinner and time to listen, express and connect.
No singing or vocal improvisation experience needed.
SATURDAY 14 NOVEMBER
WILDSONG
10am–4pm
Is there a song within you that’s longing to be set free?
A deeply nourishing day of coming into voice and body, moving between deep inward exploration and playful collective creativity.
Deep relaxation • Breath • Movement • Rhythm • Vocal exploration • Co-creative singing • Vocal improvisation
A chance to settle the nervous system, explore what may be held in the voice and body, and discover the freedom and connection that can emerge when we give ourselves permission to fully express.
No previous experience needed.
1-TO-1 VOICE SESSIONS
Friday & Sunday | Limited spaces
Individual sessions to slow down, listen in and explore what is asking to be heard.
A supportive space to explore your voice, body and expression, and gently work with anything that may be feeling blocked or held.
Come for one offering or join us for the whole weekend.
No experience needed! Everyone is welcome : )
