Radiant Rest: Guided Sensory Skincare Ritual & Sound Bath
Join Carly for a luxurious Saturday night winding down to help you have a more restorative weekend.
We’ll begin with a sensory skincare ritual using Tropic’s nourishing collection of delicious scents and gorgeous textures to bring more presence to your routine and radiance to your skin. As you apply the products, you’ll learn breathing practices and self-massage techniques that you can add to your daily routine.
After the guided facial, as the gorgeous natural ingredients absorb into your skin, Carly will create a soothing sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls. This is time for you to get cosy with blankets and bolsters and let your body relax deeply.
The session will end with some herbal tea and a light, grounding snack. You’ll also receive a refreshing gift to take home for the morning.
