Sounding the Elements: Meditation, Singing & Drumming

We’d love to invite you to an evening of exploration and expression, through grounding meditation, singing, drumming and sharing.

Nature gives us so much inspiration each and every day. By giving space and time to connect to its elements, we are reconnecting back to our roots. Here, we can find healing, creativity, deeper intuition and confidence.

All welcome, no experience needed.

£22 with a lower cost option available to anyone who needs (contact us for this).
