Moor Soul – A Night of Northern Soul, Rare Groove & Funk
Get ready to move at Moor Soul, the night where the grooves run deep and the funk never quits. James Cole digs into his crates to spin everything from Blue Note to Atlantic, Verve to Soul Jazz — with a touch of Latin rhythm and a splash of Delta blues funk to get you wiggling and jumping. Expect the legends — Aretha, James B, Chic — plus plenty of rare cuts you’ll wish you’d known sooner. And if the vibe turns proper viddy, don’t be surprised when the disco drops. James, a founding member of London’s iconic L.I.F.E. collective and international groove ambassador, is joined on the decks by Golden Brown, serving up a night of pure, unfiltered soul power at the Moor Imagination Centre.
