Equinox - Full Luna Rise Dance 🌕

We shall bare witness to one of natures great spectacles,
On September 26th, the FULL-MOON  rises just  moments before the sun sets. 
And we dance on this balance point,
betwixt and between,
Night and Day, 
Summer and Winter,
The Earth and the Sky 

Bench Tor offers a panorama to behold ♾️
overlooking the dart valley
with views in all the directions.

DANCE SPOT : Bench Tor 
DATE: Sat 26th September
MEET SPOT : Venford Resevoir 
MEET TIME :  5pm
WALK LEAVES : 5.30pm  (Be ready) 
DANCE OPENING  : 6.30pm 
CLOSING  : 8.30pm 
AFTERWARDS : Sit around the Fire and Sing (or journey home) 
(provided the fire-ban is lifted)

Note : if this carpark is full, you may have to park on the verge or on the other side of the reservoir and walk across the bridge.

Approx 20-30 minute walk up to our spot. Terrain is moorland, so smalls paths through the bracken and gauze.

💟 MUSICAL JOURNEY  (approx 1.40 hrs) 

DJ CurlyBard - I‘m brewing up something special - I’d love to provide river of rolling sounds, cascading through heartful hums, jazzy jives, bassy break-beats and emotive euphoric energisers.  I hold an intention to bring us into a deep sense of connection, reverence and awe with the landscape.

We will provide Cacao for those who wish to journey with this magical plants helping hand.

• Community Dance  : Still a Deep-Dive Dance Journey, although a little more open and relaxed for socialisation if thats what you choose.

• Ample Water  (More than you think)
• Cup for Cacao
• A Rug to Sit on
• Suitable Clothing to flowy but warm.
• A jacket with hood if a chance of rain.
• Your Personal Intention to Dance.

💟 KIDS 👦

Welcome, (although there is a small charge for this one) - due to limited number of headphones. 

Be aware there are steep rocks - please remain responsible for your children at all times.

Please be totally self-responsible. we are outdoors, dancing on un-even ground with potential for steep drops.

Please be aware that due to the variable nature of dancing outdoors, our event times may vary slightly. Often  it can take folks time to land and settle in a wild environment. It really helps if people arrive on time and gather quickly when you are called to begin. While we'll do our best to stay on schedule, we appreciate your patience if things run a bit longer than expected. Thanks for your understanding!

For this event we use silent disco headphones, allowing us to enjoy the  most beautiful wild places without disturbing the natural environment or others walkers. All headphones are provided and come with their own individual volume control

💟 Refund Policy 🎟️ 

Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or postponed. In the event of a postponement, you will have the option to either keep your ticket for the rescheduled date or apply it to any future Nature Dance event. Additionally, tickets are transferable and can be sold or passed on to others if you’re unable to attend. 

Many of our events sell out, so if you cannot make it, please do pass on your ticket to ensure someone else has the chance to join in.
