Aurora Borealis SPIRITUS Breathwork

SPIRITUS Breathwork and Somatic Healing is a conscious connected breathing practice that integrates trauma-informed approaches to help you tap into the body's innate wisdom.

Using the breath as a portal to unconscious material, we create space to complete interrupted patterns of stress and trauma held in the body.

Through SPIRITUS you can:

• Release emotional and energetic blockages held in the body
• Support neuroplasticity, gaining fresh perspective and letting go of limiting beliefs
• Access insight and inner guidance, supporting spiritual development, self-care, and a return to self-love and safety in the body

Held in a safe, ceremonial space, SPIRITUS helps you embrace real change, let go of what is no longer serving you, and integrate old patterns.

Rory Conder is trained as an advanced breathwork facilitator by Tim Morrison.

Safety comes first
Due to the nature of breathwork, some conditions mean you can't attend, or may need extra information or changes to your session. Please read the list below. You'll be asked about it when you book.

• High blood pressure
• Diagnosed severe PTSD
• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
• Currently taking medication that alters brain chemistry (antidepressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
• Detached retina
• Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
• Epilepsy or history of seizures
• History or diagnosis of aneurysms
• Cardiovascular problems, heart disease or heart conditions
• Severe asthma
• Diabetes
• Spontaneous Kundalini awakening
• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis or spiritual emergency within the past 3 years
• Adverse reactions to a recent COVID-19 or other vaccine
• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical condition that would affect your ability to take part in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release
