A practitioner and explorer of musical mysticism, his work is shaped by deep listening and the transcendental qualities of sound. Soundtravels (Live music)
Joe is a sound journey artist whose work is rooted in a deep, intuitive connection to the ancient language of sound. He is drawn towards the healing power of vibration and the forces of nature. he creates immersive sonic landscapes that blend traditional instruments, throat singing and sacred frequencies to invite presence, reflection, and restoration. Allowing us to drop into a place where words are no longer needed and we feel rather than think.
With a deep respect and interest for the cultural origins and history of the instruments he uses—from overtone-rich singing bowls and chimes to aincient wind instruments, shamanic frame drums and rattles, central Asian Lutes and many more— Joe approaches each sound as a living story, songs of praise to the ones who came before us who survived many hardships and used sound as a way of expressing their human experience. His exploration is both sonic and spiritual: a journey into the forgotten wisdom of rhythm, nature, resonance, and breath.

Eve Shepherd (Art)
With a career spanning more than 30 years, she is considered a master sculptor and her work is held in many public and private collections worldwide. Among her most iconic works are the 4m high bronze sculpture of Betty Campbell - Wales’ first black Headteacher - commissioned for Cardiff City Centre; and her full-body portrait of Professor Stephen Hawking for Cambridge University.
Born to a working class family from Sheffield, UK - from generations of steelworkers and cutlers - Eve quickly began to use her artform to speak for those without a voice. Her unique style and subversive subject matter have allowed her to remain an “outsider artist” while simultaneously achieving global renown.Challenging social beliefs and taboos, her work tackles oppression and the human condition - peeling back the layers of societal norms to uncover hidden feelings and truths.
Eve’s work also explores our symbiotic relationship with nature - frequently hybridising animal, plant and fungi with the human form. Her sculpture carries a great passion for fairness, equality and our oneness with the natural world. She believes that sculpture is a powerful tool to educate and heal - and that clay itself holds its own healing energy, which the artist can work with to reveal the hidden depths of the subconscious.
