Being with. Moving through. Making space

Starting this journey into the Autumn and Winter with practices of being together.

My intention is to create a warmly held space, with a landscape of carefully selected music and spoken invitations, to support listening, creativity in expression and connection through movement.

The wisdom in our bodies awaits our participation.

I am a SoulMotion facilitator and have been practising the richness of coming together to dance for over 20 years

You are warmly invited to join this community dance space

Everyone is welcome- whether new to dance or practising for many years

Each one of us, with each class starts afresh to discover what's there today

Fortnightly on Saturday's at 10:15am to 11:45am
