Roots to Resilience (Blackhall Mill)

A four week course to support the nervous system, gain insight and empower transformation.

Four consecutive Mondays:

At Blackhall Mill Community Centre.

Roots to Resilience is a deeply held four week journey through breath and body. We will journey together to find safety in our nervous systems, expand our capacity to feel, connect to our deepest longings and be empowered to live and breathe more fully.

Each session will build upon the last, incorporating gentle movement, guided meditation, somatic inquiry, breathwork, journaling and heart centred relating.

Each week new teachings and practices will be introduced to provide you with a deeply rooted foundation and compassionate self awareness to move confidently into a longer guided transformational breathwork journey in week four.

Week One: Intention, your inner compass and your heartfelt longing.

Week Two: Grounding, resourcing and building resilience.

Week Three: Somatic awareness, felt sense and feeling your feelings.

Week Four: Transformation, integration and going forth.

This is the first time I will be offering this course as newly qualified breathwork facilitator. I feel so passionate about the content of this course and I am so excited to share it with you.  I am offering the course this time around for donations, with a suggested donation of £45.
