Unfold Your Soul - get your words heard

Writing helps. 

You scribble when you're alone; it's a valve; and those journals are only for your eyes. Sometimes, things that sound good come out... Maybe you even dared to share something once, with a friend - but perhaps it got no response at all; or at least nothing that bared any recognition of the trepidation that it took to be offered.

Maybe it feels like you'll be laughed at; or even worse, politely endured. Maybe you have no real sense of whether what you have is Good. Maybe no-one in your circles does this kind of thing, (or at least, admits to it).

And yet. 

Isn't it one of the Truest things? Isn't it the place where you actually feel free? Could it be, that other people in the world might be waiting for those very words to reach in and touch their own deepest places?

You could keep your notebooks closed, and perhaps have all those hours of honesty, liberation, and transmission, end in an attic or a skip. Or, maybe, you could enable their transition into the world, across airwaves, and ultimately - into hearts?

Whether it's towards an appearance on-stage; online; a private rendition for a loved-one; or a living-room reading; imagine being gently guided through a process of emergence, to the point of allowing your own words to actually come to life, so they can be carried onwards through the world by those who felt the resonance.

6 hours of personalised attention, for whatever it takes to lift-up your purpose and let your language breathe… Through a method developed through extensive experience of work with poets, and as a poet; writing, performing, curating, directing, teaching and coaching on the spoken-word and personal-development scenes.

1. We'll break down where you're at so far, and identify where you're reaching for - not just on a superficial level, but giving space for motivations which may not have been able to surface into awareness… Maybe you have a tentative dream about really taking this up as a potential life-path, or maybe you just want to get-over the crippling mental fallout that comes anytime you consider sharing your work with a friend. From here we'll design the flow of your other sessions, depending if we need more focus on integrating inhibitions or stage technique, for example.
2. Session two will generally be spent looking at your written pieces. Exploring how you feel about them, editing if necessary. You might go away with some homework if we feel like there's further crafting to do.
3. Time to create some inner-support, call-in some energetic tricks, and work with whatever resources you that you'll be able to re-conjure when you most need it. We might find ancestors, an animal, a body-experience or gesture that can somatically help you access your most expanded state.
4. By session 4 we'll be ready to look at All the reasons ‘Why Not’. We all have hidden belief-systems and inner voices which attempt to protect us through restraint and oppression.  If we meet these strategies with kindness we can be more aware when they are in control, and can move towards finding other ways to meet their needs.
5. The voice. This is where you really get to feel the energetic transmission of reading your words well. It's great if you are able to speak it by-heart at this point, but no drama if not. We'll hone-in on the theatrical details of delivering that specific piece; as well as learning some general tools for confident and captivating presence.
6. Session 6 will take place after you've had a practice-run and done the thing, we'll sit on our laurels and find all the reasons to be proud, as well as tuning-up, if necessary, and scheming for your future  path.

I'm Rozi, I'm fascinated by the wealth that  lies hidden inside people, and I believe in the wisdom of those who hang-back and aren't so self-assured. It bores me that entitled people are the ones who occupy all the airtime, and I don't believe we can build a complete or integrated picture without ALL of the diverse myriad voices and perspectives.
