✨Saturday Night Dance with Rob✨

Conscious Dance Frome welcomes you to the

✨Saturday Night Dance with Rob!✨

Hello dancers ☺️

I am looking forward to listening to music I like, played much louder than I can at home and hopefully some of you will come and join me! 🤩

There will be cacao,

probably an altar.

We exist in an individualised holographic projection created by ourselves, for ourselves,

ultimately love is all there is.

Navigating this 3D life can be pretty tough at times so come and join me and temporarily forget about all the totally mental shit that you create for your soul's growth and evolution.

See you on Saturday!

💚 Rob 💚

Please arrive in good time to leave bags and shoes downstairs, catch-up with friends and drink your cacao before coming upstairs to warm up. It's important that we create the container for this experience together and you are a part of that from the beginning.

We dance without shoes, drugs or alcohol and we ask for the dance floor to be kept free from chat. There is a chill-out room downstairs if you need some time out or a space to talk.
