Free Mixed Circle /// Shadow & Sex

Come What May is a Sexual Wellness non-profit organisation led by a team of Sex Educators, Practitioners & Facilitators. Over the past 4 years, we have hosted over 200 free Circles for our thriving community. Our intention is to create safe spaces for people to have honest, open and vulnerable conversations about sex. 

A CWM Circle is a sacred space - bound by shared agreements - that allows all beings the opportunity to share their sexuality stories, fears, desires and everything in-between. 

Each week we add new themes to spark community discussion and deeper sharing from the heart.

THIS WEEK'S THEME: SHADOW & SEX

The shadow is the subconscious aspects of us that have been judged, shamed or exiled. In our sexuality this can massively hold us back from a liberated sex life. We may avoid certain desires and lean into safer modes of sexual expression. In simply talking into where the shadow has played out we can often find the freedom to explore, play, learn and grow.

 Potential enquiries:
~ Where has the shadow showed up for you in your sexuality? How did that impact you or others?
~ Do you have a sense of where you judge yourself or others in sex?
~ If you had no judgement, how might that shift your desires in sex?
~ What aspects of your sexual self do you hide away?
~ How could you welcome in more darker aspects of your sexuality in a balanced way?
