A 5-Day Nature Gathering to Widen our Horizons & 
remember our roots in The Village 💚

This Winter, Earth Village and Wider Horizons have joined forces for a ONE-OFF transformational experience for people of all ages and walks of life.

Two Communities Banded Together to Co-Create a Magical Journey Like Nothing Else 🤍✨

Would you like to experience more meaning, connection and joy in your life and be part of a movement to spread this new way of being into your local communities?

We believe it's so important to stay connected to community during these dark Winter months, to keep the fire inside burning and incubate the seeds of our dreams.

Learn about the mysteries of life and all things creative, wild, mystical and conscious from great minds and experts in their fields - healers, explorers, elders, druids, artists and musicians. 

Practice tools for self-care and healing. 

Raise your awareness of social and eco-activist issues and develop tools to become an effective changemaker, empowered to create a better future from a place of peace and deepened understanding of yourself and life. 

With fancy dress, karaoke, drumming and dancing around the fire and live music by top musicians.

~ Live music concerts, Karaoke in Fancy Dress, Open-Mic & DJs
~ Family Space with workshops for kids
and so much more that naturally unfolds in community space

We also have the legendary Tim from Sunshine Sauna bringing his mobile sauna garden and ice bath. Get ready to sweat in deep Winter with Community - nothing better! 🔥

James Mermagen will be holding the Imbolc ceremony, which Wider Horizons has been developing for the past 6 years

Please note: all facilitator spaces are filled.

Where will it be held?
Wider Village will be held at Chaucer Barn, a historic site with a stone circle surrounded by woodland in Norfolk, five miles from the ocean. 

Is food included?
Yes, all food is included in your ticket price. Food will be prepared communally, which involves cooking and cleaning up. Vegan food and teas will be provided from Thursday Dinner until Monday Breakfast.

The wonderful Chippy @thegathererwild will be back with his delicious Organic Vegan Cuisine, and he will be teaching you how to make it!

Accommodation Options
We have a range of accommodation at various prices to suit different needs and budgets. Accommodation will be arranged so everyone shares single gender rooms (unless you choose otherwise – see below).

You can choose from:-
~ Five top spec log cabins with shared double beds and shared sofa beds – sleep 4 in a double bed and a sofa bed.
~ Luxurious double and single beds in rooms in the barn, with space for camp beds or sleeping mats on the floor.
~ Floor in heated garage dorm – only for the brave (bring your own bedding and sleeping mat)
~ Campervan or caravan parking with water and electricity points.

If you find yourself needing your own space during these gatherings, you are, of course, welcome to find accommodation elsewhere and join us from there. Anywhere near Gresham, Norfolk works.

Please Note – Unless you are in a single bed, are a couple or don’t mind sharing a duvet with a friend, please bring a sleeping bag.

If you’d like to share a log cabin or room with a friend or group of friends, please contact Isla on islamsy@btinternet.com and let her know your request.

Children, Teens and Accommodation
If you are bringing a child or teen, please contact islamsy@btinternet.com for accommodation options. Generally, it is half price for children & teens unless they share a bed with you. Infants sharing a bed come free.

Refund Policy
We can only offer refunds under exceptional circumstances due to the high overheads we have to cover. We cannot process refunds or roll over tickets after 2 weeks before the event due to food orders having been made.

If you feel to join us, we would be so honoured to welcome you to Wider Horizons‘ 13th gathering and Earth Village’s 19th gathering, our first (and maybe only!) collaboration.

We look forward to expanding upon the magic created in our last gatherings to inspire you with the knowledge, energy and self-belief to step into your true self and embrace life with optimism and trust.
