We come together to drop into movement and deep relaxation. A blend of gentle yoga asana, intuitive movement and non-linear yoga will take you on a journey of connection with self. The session will close with a yoga nidra. Sessions are intentionally capped at 10 people so that the space can be held with care and attention.
