About the Ceremony

Time: 6pm - 8pm

Expect: A transformative Breathwork Practice, like-minded gays, intention setting & divination & hopefully a bunch of oxytocin from an IRL community event

What to Bring: 

• Something to lie on & under (yoga mat, blanket, pillow etc)
• Your journal
• Anything else that might make the ceremony more special for you, e.g. eye mask, crystals, teddy bear or comfort blanket, something for the altar

About Breathwork

It is a fundamentally supportive and non-judgemental space where you can utilise this specific Breath technique to benefit every aspect of your being… physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional
