YURTOPIA - Sunday Dance & Sauna
A Dreamweavers community gathering
Dance*Movement*Sauna*Connection*Community
Come and join us for a nourishing Sunday afternoon at Dreamweavers, nestled in the beautiful Somerset countryside.
As the seasons turn and the evenings grow darker, we invite you into a space of warmth, movement, music and connection.
Yurtopia is an invitation to step away from the busyness of life and prepare for the week ahead. Reconnect with your body and enjoy the simple pleasure of being together.
THE JOURNEY
3:30pm - Arrive and settle in
Step into our beautiful Mongolian yurt, leave your shoes and worries at the door, and make yourself at home.
4:00pm - 5:30pm (ish) - Dance & Movement
An hour of music, movement and freedom guided with prompts fro a facilitator but without too much talking
Guided by the rhythms of our resident D.J. Chris Bullzini, we'll explore a musical journey through different energies and emotions.
There's no choreography, no right or wrong way to move and absolutely no experience necessary.
Just you, your body and the music
5:30pm - 7:00pm sauna and connection
As the music settles, we'll move into the warmth of our wood-fired sauna.
Enjoy the heat, brave the cold plunge bath, relax and connect with others.
A chance to slow down, share stories, make new friends or simply enjoy some quiet time.
