Through Earth, Our Roots in the midst of Winter we connect to ourselves, go inward and feel.

A beautiful relaxing indoor space held within 500 acres of ancient Shropshire forest and woodlands.

An Extension of our festival gathering, we offer this day of journey inwards. 
Earth Mandala — Root & Renew.

Reconnect with the wisdom of the body and remember your connection to the living Earth and your own Mandala within a small intimate community of like minded souls.

Throughout the day, we invite people to fast, to reset to our bodies after festive celebrations. 
herbal homemade teas and waters provided along with a  light dinner served  at the end of the retreat as together we break the fast.

We will start our day with a welcome circle as we connect our energy to Mother Earth and unite together as a community.

Sahara will guide us through a traditional pranayama (breathwork) and traditional yoga practice. weaving in gentle somatic movements  to help us slow down, connect with our body and release held tension.
A practice to help us find space to breathe more deeply, move with greater freedom and reconnect with the wisdom within.

Tom will share his supersonic master gong sound journey- the sound of total resonance.Creating  space to recieve frequencies to recharge our cells and balance the physical, emotional and spiritual layers of oneself.

From the Amazon forest, we will be held by sacred cacao, the medicine of the heart flowing into the medicine of Hape. Beáta will share her Yawanawa studies and traditions , music & heart of Amazon to reconnect with your own medicine.

Together we will gather around the sacred Fire to pause, reflect and purify.

Emajane will share her live, acoustic soul channeled music. through every song her healing frequency is a balm for our souls.

This day is for connection, inner work, creating space, none judgment and coming together to be human.

There will be a guided or self lead walk around the lands to allow ourself to integrate.
