THE ALCHEMY WITHIN

One-Day Embodied Creative Workshop

An immersive workshop to explore, transform, and reconnect with yourself through body, breath, creativity, and reflection.

This space is open to anyone who:

•  Feels stuck with something in their life and is ready for movement or change
•  Is moving through a question, transition, or creative block
•  Or simply longs to pause, reflect, and dedicate time to their inner growth and wellbeing.

Through guided bodywork, breathwork, meditation, creative practices, and honest conversations in pairs and group, you will be supported to explore what is alive in you and allow it to unfold.

Creativity will be used as a tool for expression, with an optional informal sharing at the end of the workshop. No previous experience is needed, and there is no pressure to perform. This is a space to feel creative, welcomed, and accepted as you are.

Bring something to work with over the weekend: a life pattern, a question or stuck point ready for movement and to be explored with curiosity and alchemised into creative expresssion.
