Join our  Conscious Connected Breathwork group and explore the breath as a vehicle for the journey from the busy-ness of the head to the wisdom and connection of heart and body.

Breathwork works on many different levels, often softening and releasing feelings and emotions that may have been held in, or blocked out. These can include sadness, joy, grief, love, anger, compassion and more. As we become more familiar with the technique, this work supports physical, mental and spiritual wellness, and can help us...
❤️ regulate emotions
❤️ manage anxiety and stress
❤️ mitigate burnout
❤️ nurture self awareness
❤️ focus and mental clarity

My intention for offering guided facilitation is to co-create a safe environment where people can share this timeless medicine. Participants are encouraged to explore a self practice that can be used as a tool for self care, alongside group work or 1:1 sessions.

This guided  journey involves (optional) acupressure, and is set to a curated playlist.

About your facilitator

Vaughan is a trained yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and wellbeing facilitator, with a passion for supporting spaces that allow people to thrive rather than simply survive. Trained in level two Non-Violent Communication (NVC), motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), his work explores a hybrid of cognitive and somatic work to find balance and flow in everyday life.

Preparing For Your Session

To ensure comfort during the session, participants are advised to avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Stay well-hydrated, and drink plenty of water throughout the day beforehand.

I suggest participants wear loose comfortable clothing with no tightness or restriction around the abdomen.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow or cushion and some water to drink. An eye mask is also good, but not essential.

Health Considerations

While breathwork can benefit many individuals, there are certain conditions where caution or avoidance may be necessary. Please be aware that the following conditions are contraindicated for Conscious Connected Breathing:

1. History of seizures or epilepsy
2. First Trimester of Pregnancy, and when trying to conceive
3. Detached retina or any eye condition which can be adversely affected by changes in internal pressure.
4. Psychotic episodes.

By signing up for breathwork sessions, participants confirm they do not have any of the conditions mentioned above and release me from any liability related to your participation.

My clients safety and well-being are my top priorities and if there are any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me in advance, or talk to me on the day.
