Local residents looking for time to unwind have two new gatherings to consider on the Dandelion platform. Over in Avebury, the upstairs gallery of The Henge Shop hosts the Kundalini Activation & Bribri Cacao Ceremony – Avebury. Overlooking the stone circle, the evening offers an extended ninety-minute energy transmission alongside sound meditation, an achiote plant ritual and ceremonial cacao sourced from the Indigenous Bribri community of Costa Rica. The session is open to anyone wanting to step back from daily noise and reconnect with themselves in a quiet, unpressured setting.

Meanwhile, parents and carers with babies aged eight weeks up to pre-crawling can head to High Street in Cricklade for the 5 Week Baby Massage Feb - March @ Cricklade Club. Running across five weeks, the course introduces gentle, baby-led massage techniques to use at home, alongside honest conversations about parenthood, self-care pauses and a final guided meditation.
