Feedback report

Recent local gatherings have brought people together across the area, with attendees sharing their thoughts on the experiences. In Buckfastleigh, families headed to the Moor Imagination Centre for the HALLOWEEN FAMILY GATHER, where visitors praised the organisers for their hard work and thoroughly enjoyed the evening together. Also in Buckfastleigh, an hour-long session called BABY delighted those who came along, earning warm praise as a lovely evening.

Meanwhile, adults gathered at The Forge Therapy Centre and Float Rooms on Collins Road in Totnes for a SAMHAIN CELEBRATION, featuring music, dancing, and moments of reflection. Those attending enjoyed the music and expressed interest in returning, but noted that sitting on floor cushions for extended periods proved physically challenging. They suggested a faster pace with more chances to stand, quicker dance tracks, and more time for play and sharing food.

Buckfastleigh residents are invited to come together for a co-created November Community Meal at the Moor Imagination Centre on Chapel Street. The centre will bake seventy jacket potatoes and provide salad and a vat of baked beans, and guests are invited to bring along their own potato toppings to share with the group. Anyone bringing food is asked to prepare it with care and include a written list of ingredients, noting any allergens. The centre bar will be open to serve both alcoholic and soft drinks, and donations are welcome to support the venue's ongoing work in the community. The gathering is family-friendly, and children are welcome to attend.
