Local dancers looking for a space to unwind can head to the Tri.Art Dance Academy in Frome for Saturday Night Dance with Rob. Hosted by Conscious Dance Frome, the evening invites people to leave bags and shoes downstairs, catch up with friends, and drink cacao before heading upstairs to warm up and move. Rob promises to play music he likes much louder than he can at home, alongside opening and closing circles, an altar, and a downstairs chill-out room for anyone who needs time out or a space to chat. The session is alcohol and drug-free, and dancers are asked to keep the dance floor quiet and conversation-free so everyone can focus on the music.
