Created for women ready to learn to facilitate and guide transformative spaces themselves, EMPOWER weaves together online and in-person sessions to create a container where leadership emerges naturally from self-awareness. Rather than following rigid formulas, it shares the fundamental map of creating transformative experiences and trauma-informed space-holding with a host of meditation, embodiment, inquiry, and ritual practices that facilitators can use to develop their own unique practice.
