I am an academic interested in education and transpersonal psychology and fascinated by questions around non-ordinary states of consciousness, learning and cognitive liberty.  I have written many papers and books on mental health and mindfulness challenging individualised and pathologising perspectives. I have educational and therapeutic roles with PsyEdu and Grof Legacy Training respectively, as well as working in private practice as an integrative transpersonal counsellor drawing upon IFS and contemplative traditions. I am also a facilitator in Grof Breathwork, SoulCollage and TRE and run workshops on these topics frequently.
