The Awakening of Love weekend has been specifically designed to take you on a safe, supportive journey to discover your path and meet the REAL YOU. While shorter in duration than Path of Love, it is a powerful opportunity for self-discovery, and to connect deeply to your body, feelings, and aliveness. It will also give you a taste of its signature residential 7 day retreat Path of Love.

Most of us long for intimacy, happiness, the confidence to live authentically, and to find freedom from our fears and self-limiting beliefs. But for all sorts of reasons, we feel disconnected from who we are and live smaller lives than we want.  We long for something more, but struggle to create change and break free from old, frustrating patterns.

During this weekend you can process past and current issues in a caring environment and discover your love for life…yet again! We work with a unique blend of psychology and spirituality, involving; group exercises, meditations which have been specially designed, the power of authentic sharing, embodiment practices including breath work, inquiry, with individual guidance and support from highly trained and qualified facilitators. You will get closer to knowing your authentic self – igniting your passion to realize your true potential and to live with an honest, open heart.

This weekend retreat includes:

• 15 hours of the “Awakening of Love” process, including meditations and inquiry sessions, course materials and support.
• A weekend immersion with highly qualified facilitators, including meditation, inquiry (the practice of asking questions to investigate and understand our direct experience of life) individual guidance and support, group exercises, and the power of authentic sharing.
• One breath work session (please see breath work guidelines and helpful suggestions below)
• 4-week e-mail graduate aftercare program
• Opportunity to book additional one-on-one sessions with facilitators (not included in program fee).

FACILITATOR

Abigail is an Integrative Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Constellator, Breath worker and EMDR practitioner in private practice in London/UK and Europe. She is also a passionate Facilitator  and Leader of the Path of Love.

She has worked in the field of psychology for over 25 years and is passionate about transformation, truth and deep potential. She especially enjoys creatively discovering and inspiring what lies beneath our conditioning and pre-programmed attitudes to life.

Abigail offers individual, couple and group sessions face to face and online. She has a fascination with trauma/overwhelm in the nervous system and the complexity of the human condition. She enjoys active meditation, inquiry and compassionately exploring the depth of the essential self. Her background and training in transpersonal psychotherapy means authenticity, vulnerability, passion and the spiritual self and soul inform a lot of how she works with people and how she meets life for her own personal self-discovery.

Disclaimer: Your facilitators are experienced therapists and will hold the next couple of days with safety and respect. This workshop will involve personal processing and so emotions may be evoked. The facilitators do not wish to provide this workshop as an alternative to necessary therapeutic work nor do they claim that this workshop will provide any quick fixes to difficult issues, more so it is an inner journey to self-discovery.

Ongoing therapy is suggested as a means of continued support. Please note: this retreat involves exercises that require physical movement, and its likely psychological and emotional experiences will be evoked. It its therefore not recommended for pregnant women although it is possible. If you are pregnant please get in touch as participation is done on a case by case basis.

ACCESS:  We do our best to include everyone in our events, regardless of health circumstances. If you have access requirements please email the event organiser directly to discuss. Many facilitators are able to offer reduced ticket prices for those truly unable to afford the ticket price.
