Bristol singers and listeners can gather at Gasworks Studio on Narroways Road for the Samhain Sing - Vocal Improv Soirée. Open to returning visitors and newcomers alike, the evening offers space for people to explore improvised music together through seasonal cycles of life. The gathering begins with a facilitated warm-up and a large group sing, moves on to a shared bring-and-share meal alongside cooked potatoes and tea provided by the hosts, and finishes with a vocal cabaret. Attendees can choose to put their names in a hat to join small-group singing and test out new musical ideas, or simply come along as an audience to relax and listen. Guests are asked to bring their own water bottles, blankets to help make the space cosy, and salads, sides or snacks to share.

A new community gathering has been announced in Whitehall. Inti Ecstatic Dance takes place at The Beehive Centre on Stretford Road, bringing people together in the Garden Room for an afternoon of unchoreographed movement and relaxation.

Hosted by DJ Sunshine, the session starts with a shared circle and cacao drink, followed by barefoot dancing without set steps or partners. The afternoon closes with a restful sound bath, giving attendees time to lie down and pause before a final circle and informal social time. The gathering is open to anyone, whether experienced or completely new to dance, with herbal rose tea available for those who prefer not to drink cacao. Attendees simply need comfortable clothes to move in, water, and a mat and blanket for the sound session.
