Two gatherings in Glastonbury offer space for personal reflection and collective storytelling.

At THE DARK GODDESS RETREAT, women ready to face unresolved issues and step into their power gather for breathwork, ancestral healing, and visits to the Chalice Well, White Spring, Abbey, and Tor. Co-facilitated by Julie Imbard, the sessions focus on practical healing rather than sightseeing or group therapy, and attendees should arrange support for when they return home.

Meanwhile, at Paddington Farm on Maiden Croft Lane in Wick, poet-facilitators Tom Hirons and Rozi Hilton host the skein weekender. Open to anyone willing to speak publicly, without needing performance experience or prepared material, this residential workshop invites participants to respond to prompts with images and memories in a collaborative storytelling circle. Attendees share self-catering duties by bringing ingredients to help cook meals for the group.
