Just north of the capital, Community Breathwork welcomes all comers to 4-4-2 Together on Hartforde Road in Borehamwood. In North London, a short walk from Tufnell Park and Gospel Oak stations, ECSTATIC RAVE: Saturday Night Wellness Rave & Cacao in North London hosts an alcohol-free night of house, funk and disco. Aimed at adults wanting a sober night out, it pairs free movement and live percussion with raw vegan cacao and fresh fruit. Later, All Night Galactic Gong Puja: Dreaming with the Ancestors at Wood Green's Green Rooms offers an overnight sound bath led by Joanna Bilik and Kwali Kumara, featuring Kundalini yoga and continuous gong playing while participants sleep on the floor.
