Dancers in Frome have two conscious movement sessions to choose from today. At the Cheese and Grain on Justice Lane, Biodanza November offers an embodied movement practice focusing on contact, connection and inner experience rather than choreography. Participants are guided through natural movements set to uplifting music, starting with a lively section before moving to relaxing exercises. Dancers are asked to bring water, wear comfortable clothes, and dance barefoot and without speaking.

Later on, Conscious Dance Frome hosts ✨Saturday Night Dance with Rob✨ at the Tri.Art Dance Academy on Marshall Way. Rob plays his favourite music loud for people who want to dance without shoes, drugs or alcohol. The evening features an opening and closing circle, cacao, probably an altar, and a downstairs chill-out room for catching up with friends or taking a quiet break away from the dance floor.
